The last person to inhabit this house was an elderly woman in the late 1960's/early 1970's. It has been abandoned and empty ever since. Supposedly it is the oldest structure in town.

It looks like somebody is one step ahead. There is a new electric meter on the house, and new concrete around the foundation.

that happens. there is a property around here that wont sell because the owner wants to sell it as a commercial property even though its totally unsuitable for commercial purposes. Been for sale for around ten years now
