Something I did for class today - it's a playing card featuring the japanese Inugami. they're dog spirits created by morbid means, and they're one of my favorite japanese ghostymonsters, so I figurd it was appropriate to do one as my fantasy playing card. this isn't 100% ideal, but since I did the layout in photoshop as well as the art, it can't be changed too much without some work.

Yeah, I love the inugami from Persona 3 (and other Shin Megami Tensei games), but the origin of one is sad.
After talking to a friend about the one in the game so much... I did have a dream about perhaps what a more "real" one would perhaps look like. O.O;
But yeah, I like the style and it looks cute. That backing is very ironic and... it's amusing in a sadistic way if you know how one is made. o.o
