Wow not sound silly but this really does look like you! The perspective that you chose is really aggressive and I think it obfuscates the origin of light just a tad. (Still not quite sure where the light is coming from). One thing I do appreciate is the focal point to the right with your eyes meeting those of your painted self. Very captivating.
I showed it to my mother, her critique was to possibly define the collar bone some more. Consider filling out the left shoulder/arm to improve constancy and symmetry with the right shoulder. Also she said the light source(s) are fine you just have one coming from behind and from the far lower right side of the portrait.
