Pocket this pleasing pastry for a lunch or snack and enjoy those lovely beef flavours from the kitchens of  icepaws

1. Brown 85/15 beef in a pan with onions if desired 1lb
1.5 preheat oven for 425 degrees F
2. Add taco seasoning and tomato sauce about 4oz to 1lb of beef
3. flatten out dough on oiled cookie sheet
4. scoop out beef stuff onto dough
5. add cheese mozzarella is good
6. close up and sprinkle cheese on top
7. bake for 15 minutes.
i like to fold the dough by having it long ways and fold up the side closest to you then a small section on the left side then the right side then the right side under the left side so it zig zags as an overlap making 3 holes along the centre, then the far side.
