One of my favorite figures from mythology! Here's my take on Quetzalcoatl and a quetzal bird. I tried to mix my style with more traditional depictions of him, but it didn't quite work out like I hoped it would. (I can't draw serpents! There's no apparent light source! Using a texture as a sad attempt at a background!) Oh well, at least it was a learning experience. By the way, drawing each scale by hand is maddening...
