A commission for  icee !

I wanted to experiment and see if I could do commissions where I made custom outfits for people's characters, and Icee was my first try at this. I like how it came out, and am thinking of doing them as full regular commissions some time. : >

For her I wanted something inspired by fashions of the early 60s, but still looking modern. I've always been a fan of more vintage styles like that.
