Arh bliss! I have been anticipating this piece of art for quite a while now. And it's safe to say, that I am far from disappointed. What you see here, is two of the main characters from my story "Medieval Cohesion", preparing to defend themselves against approaching opponents. The hooked thief is Gary Jenkins, the mysterious and aged lynx that decided to join the quest all the way back in chapter 6. The handsome knight standing in the background is my story's protagonist, the forever courageous Wesley Lightweaver, who devoted his life to protecting his people. To every person who hasn't read my story, yes, they are indeed allies fighting side by side. It's not every day you see a knight joining forces with a thief, but when people are approaching the world's ending, heroism can be found the most unlikely places. I hope that you enjoy the beautiful picture! And remember, if you're looking for a fabolous story to read, then you can find it in my scrap section.

Aww, I am actually very pleased to hear you say that! Gary does deserve a little attention every now and then ^.^ But yeah, despite his criminal past, he is quite the handsome old gentleman. For not to mention a potent fighter. His sly nature makes him quite an unpredictable character though, as it can be questioned where his loyalty is served.
Teehee! Yes, his hair is pretty long and wavy. With this comission, I wanted this to be the first time that Wesley was drawn without his headgear. Because that way, the readers of my story can better envision how he looks. Facial appearence plays a great role in a characters identity, I believe :3 Plus, I'd say he looks quite handsome...
Aww, thank you so much. I actually found another comission that the artist drew for someone else - a character wearing a beautiful armor. By that moment, I just knew this was the perfect artist for me. Wesley would look amazing in his style! And to my relief, Friendlysatanist was willing to give it a shot. This comission is a gemstone that I treasure <3
