Not sure if I spelled her name right. This is beautifuldead's character, for a secret santa project we did over on a community I participate in.
This sketch is in the middle of being coloured in Artrage2, my first try at using that program. I just wanted to show you guys that I'm still alive, really! I just hardly ever draw anymore.
Anabelle is a fox/cat mix, so I tried to make the ears a little smaller and the muzzle a little shorter and less pointed than I normally would for a fox, as well as making the tail a little more catlike.
This'll be moved to scraps when I finally finish colouring over it (it won't be inked, just colouring over the sketch).
Merry (late) Christmas and all that!

Oh no. Artrage is NOTHING like Photoshop. It's a very simple program. I can't even figure out how to crop properly in it, or mess with lightness/contrast, or anything like that. It's pretty much a traditional art simulator and nothing more. I can't even choose the quality to save a .jpeg/.jpg at.
I re-installed Photoshop earlier and messed with this sketch in it. I love Photoshop way too much to abandon it, and Artrage can't do 80% of the stuff PS can. It's a fun program, but I'm still mostly going to be using PS. Artrage has layers, but it's all very basic. It's going to be used only for colouring sometimes, I think.
Thanks again for your help!
