Absolutely! Being my first commission, I was kinda nervous as to how things would turn out... I have an unfortunate habit of worrying about worst case scenarios whenever I spend money on things, especially when I'd heard some of my friends ending up with bad results from commissions. ^^;

But, it ended up being better than anything I could have ever imagined. ^.^

As for the stories I had heard of other people getting commissions, they included one where someone asked for art of their current character together with their partner, which was going to be a gift for their partner on Valentines Day... and they ended up getting art of a completely different character they used to have, just by himself, all because the artist thought the other character was more interesting to draw. XD

So yes, I'm so very glad that I haven't had any awkward experiences like that! X3

I don't really use messengers much, but the best place to find me would be IRC if you're familiar with that at all! I hang out on EsperNet in the #furry channel. ^.^ Messengers are too... interrupty at times for me, I just like to idle in chat rooms and join in when necessary, than get caught up in a ton of one-on-one chats. ^^;

I know exactly what you mean about the single word replies you can often get though. X3 It's why I never really do the whole 'thanks for the watch' thing to everyone who watches me, because I prefer to keep my shouts when I have something more meaningful, thoughtful, or personal to say. :3

Yeah, I so understand your point Tango D: I'm the same online, nearly never say a single thanks to that except if the person watching is someone I really do care about thanking or such XD When I say something, I try having it be more than a single sentence or word online XD In my opinion it's much more fun to comment like that and makes people happy getting loooooong and kind replies ;)
