Color Studies - Speedpaintings
Just some studies i did today/yesterday because i didn't do these in AGES and i'm so out of practice. They really help alot to understand color and light a little better. But i'm not at the point where i could paint something like that completely out of my # Photo-references used!
Photoshop CS5 - 2 Brushes - No Eyedroptool - 2 Layers (one for the sketch one for colors then merged and painted over both)

Sure thing c: Lucky the hawk-photo has credits on it! (i got a huge folder of pictures from a friend for drawing-practise...but most of them don't have watermarks. that's why i have a hard time giving credit, but i don't make money of it anyway and usually i don't upload these)

Thank you ^^ feel free to use any of my photos, or if you are looking for something that you may not have, I might have it but not uploaded. (Using film photography and having limited time to a scanner, so I don't have nearly as much as I have. There is so much photography I don't have uploaded) That guys photos are amazing. You did a great job capturing that photo.
