Decided to give my character a little more paunch, since he is based on me.

This universe's Prof. Oak is an ass. Also, I cannot draw his pants. Well, at least if I can't figure it out soon, he won't show up much in the comic once I'm out of Pallet.

Man, having a non-white background really helps with that problem I used to have with things meant to be colored white looking like I'd just forgotten to color them. Now, when something's colored white, it's clearly on purpose.



I'm thinking... Once I'm out of Pallet for good, after getting my Pokédex, I might end up drawing actual multi-panel comics for my updates. It'll slow the update schedule to a crawl, since my hand is still weak from the surgery last month, and probably will remain so for a few more months, but... I think it would be nice to have bigger updates. I just wish the max picture height was taller.
