Oh, good day, everyone! How are you doing? I've been having a wonderful time, getting more in touch with my Arcanine heritage. You see, Arcanines were inspired by the Chinese Shishi lion, also known as the Fu Dog, and/or its Japanese derivatives known as the Komainu. A pair of statues of these proud and fierce creatures- one male, and one female- are common outside Japan's Shinto temples, acting as guardians for the grounds who protect it from evil spirits. My lineage as a cosmic guard dog goes back farther than one might suspect! It's also common for one of the two statues to have the globe resting under its paw... So, I suppose that hasn't really changed much, either!
If I were still a mortal, I'd certainly have taken lots of photos to help me remember this wonderful trip and all the beautiful sights I've seen. However, I was fortunate enough to get something even better-
nashika kindly drew a memento from my trip! Oh, I can't wait to frame it and put it up on the walls of the universe where everyone can see it... Thank you again, Nashika!
