Same theme in terms of the style of background, but something less cheerful.

I'm kinda lost at what's happening in this image. I feel like it's in heavy symbolism to something. Is the light on it's chest supposed to be some type of laser sight aiming for it? I hope I'm not going off track, but regardless I'm really impressed with the detailing of this picture.
It's okay, here the explanation x3
The light in her chest is actually a firefly (although is not appreciated too). She is talking with the firefly. If you look carefully the background, you'll see the silhouette of two wolves.
In short, she is offering to the wolves and the firefly symbolizes his last moments, someone with whom to share their latest thoughts.
...or something like that :I

Well, that's E coli infection. Holy cow that little bugger really gave me a good scare. When you have an operation to relieve your carpal tunnel syndrome, just because the little wound looks healed, it doesn't mean that bacteria wont be able to slip in, especial when you go out help your uncle fix his septic tank.
Antibiotics wasn't killing it, it was a super bug & it eventually settled on the bone. Had a peace of the bone removed or i was facing the possibility of loosing my hand. But finally I'm clear, blood test show the infection is gone. doctors say I will regain 95% percent mobility of my hand after the therapy. Good enough for me!

I've always enoyed your work, Autumn, not only because Ishare your fascination with deer and Bambish characters but because you have a real genius for conveying mood and ambiguity, This piece, however, is remarkably complex and poignant. There's a tone of foreboding, almost genuine horror. pervading the darkness as the wolves gather, sinister, cruel, and voracious, framed by the back light. In the hands of someone less gifted, the deer and the firefly might come off as maudlin or even a little banal, some sort of attempt to inject hope in a situation where hope cannot by definition be. Instead, the firefly is almost redemptive, a final assertion of beauty and meaning in defiance of the doom the deer faces. The sacrifice is. of course, pointless - fed wolves remain wolves. bought off but never detered; the deer's death is pointless since it accomplishes nothing for whatever staked the innocent to his ritual destruction. Yet the firefly brings a kind of grace that even the savagery to come cannot extinguish - for the deer, for viewer.... Serious wow, chum!!
Hey, Deer_Hunter, rejoice to hear you're mending. E Coli is real low on the entertainment scale. Best wishes for a speedy and hunnert=percent recovery!!
