Procyon Lotor (or as fans and media often simply call it, "Lotor") was founded in 1845 as a raccoon college, but nowadays, is open to all species. They're generally not one of the best in basketball, but made it to the Furry Four in 1982, losing to Underwood College in the semifinals that year 103-81.

Their campus is located on the western edge of Ocala, FL near Ocala National Forest. The "Big 'O'" has an indoor track around the court and hosts 13,400 fans for basketball, volleyball and wrestling, and 9,880 fans for indoor track and tennis. The arena has hosted 5 FCAA National Indoor Track championships since its completion in 1984: 1985, 1990, 1997, 2004, & 2010.
