Well, I'm not sure what's the situation in anglo-american classification systems, but we officially call Alpacas "Lama alpaka" (Lama Pacos) and consider them to be just one of the domesticated forms of the genus Lama, therefore I believe a designation using a general term "llama" is acceptable, then again I'm no zoologist...
Ah. Well, here in America the term "llama" is only for the species lama glama, while the word "lama" with a single "l" refers to all members of the genus "Lama." It's confusing. But anyway, those are Alpacas. They're the smaller cousin of llamas who are only really good for wool and adorable pets. They aren't big enough to carry much stuff or guard livestock. >.=.> *has a llama*
well, the least I can do is to remove the excess "l" from the description, I'll leave the title as it is though...
