There is one thing that can break that hard armor

Yeah metal of the same grade or above aka it usually takes a soulroid to damage a soulroid

There is something else....

The Weapons the KRG uses....(The Klesserapo Royal Guard)

They are of a Dark Purple color, and absolutely indestructible....And with such, someone could break that armor.....However, None of the KRG posses the strength to pierce the armor your Soulriods own, even though the weapons are capable of doing such....

So I guess the person wielding the stick matters more then the stick itself

Energy manipulation an ability soulroids posses allowing them to change atoms to their own will if one came across the blade they could makee it weaker or transfer it to a dimension where it would be practically useless and as you mention the strebgth required to penetrate even one of the 10+ layers of armor is past that of many deities

Blades like these are not comprised of simple atoms.....They were not even made, they were found...that is why there are only 5 Known Dark Purple weapons:

A Katana
An Axe
A Scythe
Twin Blades
and a Rapier.

But the last part still stands, The strength to pierce that armor, even with such weapons, is not known in my world

Which is why it cannot be touched, as it would annihilate any unfortunate soul, dumb enough to grab it....or attempt a Mortal Kombat Fatality...

Yep if they could get past the 20 some odd layers of arrmor plus containment cage plus stabilization fields plus converters and excess dispensers

That is a lot of stuff..
