sorta kinda. the shadows aren't really anyone (most of the time they're just grey's internal monologue) but in this particular case, coupled with being off meds and his ability to 'pick up' stray loud thoughts (plus he can probably even hear some of cin's shouting) he's begun to wrongly attribute that dialogue to the shadow.
