Top: A Breakfast meal of Kranski sausage with capsicum and onion and sprout relish, Served with a side of gourmet Scrambled eggs (also with Capsicum onion, tomato, spring onion and pepper)
Topped with a dab of dijon mustard and sea salt.

Bottom: Dinner plate~ A petite scotch fillet steak, ontop two rashers of grilled bacon. Sauced with lightly seared garlic, spring onion and herbs.
With a side dish of saute'd shallots, capsicum and spring onion.
Served with a sliver of advocado and toasted wholemeal bread.
