i wanted to test my truck out going up to the hualapia mountains. and yes little snow i was almost to the natural park and i saw these lovely ladies on the side of the road.
i stop and jumped out and had to take a couple shots.
they were about 20 to 50 yards out. talk about huge! i love elk! i didn't see the bull sadly.
