I am in maine , not to far from the coast and about 90 minutes north of the maine and new hampshire border. It has been a mild winter here so far.

Newfoundland, St. John's to be precise. It's on the Avalon Peninsula. About as far east as you can go and still be in North America.

not overly. It's not fill in all across the board like some places but it isn't exactly like driving for ten hours and seeing three houses and a gas station either
