Oh Eevee you precious baby you
... Aaand my last submission just reminded me that I never posted this anywhere, so here we go!
TL;DR: this was another concept scribble I did in a one sitting thing with some illustration buddies from school who're running a vaguely post-apocolyptic Pokemon RPG game. As soon as I heard about the possibility of nuclear fallout and irradiated wastelands, I wanted an Eevee for my character, and... well. Um.
His name is Kemo.
And he is my favorite little baby.
(I'm an awful person, yep)

I actually really like your precious baby - first thought was, "So, someone tried to make a Dragion, and it sort of failed all over the place."
Horrible mutation...isn't so horrible. Sorry, and this isn't a challenge - I just...it isn't bad enough - I want to hug it and cuddle it and give it love and attention and make it feel better, not recoil in horror. Cute baby needs TLC after it used Takedown to one hit crush on that Shellder with it's giant paw. Gently clean it's radioactive pustules or something.
I AM afraid to try Helping Hand though...it might come off...
