Hmhm, from a design perspective he's pretty high on my list as well ^w^ Personality-wise Doflamingo is by far the character that holds my interest most- A lot of the time you can't even take him seriously because he acts so foolish regardless of who he's dealing with, yet on the incredibly rare occurance where you see him attack he clearly shows that he's a deadly combatant(even if you don't clearly see what kind of ability he has.. Maybe it's just haki...) Miahwk actually doesn't have much personality which easily gets me bored with him, but Magellan strikes me as a very curious character with a believable personality ^u^

Magellan is my favorite, not only for defeating Luffy and proving a fearsome and deadly adversary. He is cold to the pleas of those around him who get in the way, or collateral damage; his design. Above all, the scene where Blackbeard and his crew show up and he just cuts right through them, ignoring their ialogue and totally not giving a shit. XD

Heck yeah, he's exactly what I expect from I high ranking marine- He doesn't go out of his way to fuck with people like that magma admiral, but in an emergency situation he could give a shit less if you're one of the Shichibukai he'll take you down and do his job- PERIOD.
