Hah, yeah I know how that feels. I was fire all the way through to gen 3, then gen 4 rolled around and... I unno what happened, I started getting the other types. Just this gen I love the fact we're getting some awesome starters again and I want to get the one I like the most. Which in this case is Froakie.
Also the game's location is based on France and I find it gigglesome that I'm getting a frog starter.
