I commissioned this a while back, about a month or so after my boyfriend had to leave to his new duty station in North Carolina, when I was really down and depressed. We both love Sam Hart (an independent artist I found on Youtube), and when I found this song it made me cry a river, but gave me hope at the same time. I'm a hopeless romantic at heart, and when I'm feeling lonely, I hold a picture of us taken on his birthday close to my heart, and stare up at the stars. I like to think that maybe, all those thousands of miles away, he's looking at the same ones I am.
