Like the first head I made this was also made with plastic mesh. This was before the balaclava-foam method was widely used, and which I'm better at.

This was Frost Leo version 2 for the head only. The body was recycled. I think this was one of the 2 suits I made with follow-me-eyes, but I prefer not to use them. I also experimented with a cable system to move the jaw. Worked OK, but nothing spectacular.
