I put together an entirely new animation rig for Brownie, and ditched the old FBIK solver I was using. So this is a test drive of that rig.. I got a little lazy with the joint weighting, But Ill go back and fix those at some point.
Im pretty happy with the new rig, Ill probably keep it around for other characters. Oh yeah, I forgot to animte the tail... so sue me.

Ouch! I think you may want to slow this down. When Brownie throws the punch forward the way his digitgrade legs snap out straight looks painful! I guess it's tricky working with digitgrade legs, but I think you need to figure out another, more believable way of animating them during the punching - perhaps the feet could shift position when punching so that the bones in the legs aren't just extending with the punch? The punches themselves are awesome though and same goes for the backflip.
I think he extends the punch a little too much on the 2nd right, the rest of the punches look smooth and believable though. And I think his back needs more curvature when he flips, it doesn't look to me like its bending at all. Other than those two things I think the animation looks wonderful. A lovely job :D
