Hmm, I think that might actually be "Little Bear" from the children's books written by Else Holmelund Minarik and illustrated by Maurice Sendak, later made into a popular cartoon series by Nelvana Animation studios that ran for an initial four seasons between 1995 and 1999, before returning for an extended fifth season that ran from 2000 to 2003.
Yeah it's totally Little Bear.. were kids books and they made the TV series. Funny how little bear is the only one in his TV show who's always naked, like a real wild animal, isn't it? But I guess they had to keep him looking just like he did in the original childrens books and that meant no clothes.
He gets it from his mom's side of the family. Seriously. Watch the show some time and look at Mother Bear when she's walking around. That girl is so jacked you can see biceps and triceps under her shirt sleeves. Father Bear, on the other hand...well he's just a big guy with slim arms.
