I had a dream last night.
There she sat, skinny little thing...
Glasses perched on her freckled nose.
Eyes like deep blue pools and hair as black as night.
Looking at me like none other.
Wish it were real. I do...
Beautiful little thing, I'd kill to find her...
Sitting among family, don't know why.
All I saw was her face, her smile.
That look, oh god that look.
I had a dream last night...
She had eyes only for me.
Staring into the bowels of my soul.
Searching for the part of her life as my role.
A soft touch, a gentle squeeze.
Her fingers interlocked with mine.
I look up, and see her shining eyes.
I'n darkness I sit, watching the light.
Those I love sitting up tight.
I look, and there she sits to my right.
I had a dream last night...
Caught me off guard...
A quick hug and a long kiss.
Something I can't miss...
Eyes roll back and shut.
I know not from what.
Butterflies in my stomach...
Eyes lock and stare.
Deep into the soul where to go I do not dare...
I know not her name, so I reallly can't share...
I had a dream last night.
And boy was it a sight.
I'll likely think of it tonight.
I'll sleep on it all right...
I almost wish she were real...
That her skin I could feel.
Her fate I could seal...
Please don't let me die alone...
Because I don't think I could stand...
On these two feet on my own...
I had a dream last night...
Barely breathing, prone to sorrow.
I look forward to tomorrow...
When I may see her gaze again...
I had a dream last night...
But it was a dream...
A dream...
There she sat, skinny little thing...
Glasses perched on her freckled nose.
Eyes like deep blue pools and hair as black as night.
Looking at me like none other.
Wish it were real. I do...
Beautiful little thing, I'd kill to find her...
