Steps to revenge
Step One: Lure the enemy into a false sense of security. For those of the fluffy canine persuasion this is apparently most easily accomplished by snuggled, general cuteness and such.
Step Two: Find Loan Shark (code name Scape Goat) of lower rank and proceed to initiate the command. Launch all Centipedes!
Step Three: Proceed to watch mastermind plan take effect. Revenge is properly set in motion and centipedes are stuffed down shirts.

Such a Strategic Mastermind Smiley is. ^^ Using it's inherent adorableness to lure in it's prey and then use poor LoanShark to execute it's plan and take the blame should the need arise. That said though will the wolfy here believe it was LoanShark's plan or will it be too smart for that?
