Well I played with the thought, to give Varric a demonic form, for a while and at the end I commissioned FurAffinity's Iggi to do a picture of how I picture a demon Varric would look like and is the result!
I totally love it to death! Iggi did a awesome job and she was fast too! I hope to commission her soon again.
