Proper meditation is the key to deeper contemplation of the natural world. Become one with the elements and you can achieve a greater wisdom than possible rushing along in menial day to day tasks.

It saddens me sometimes how much others separate themselves from nature, when it is all around them. Perhaps I simply have the unique advantage of being able to hear my own element clearly. This is no reason why the hard work leading towards my level is not worth it, however.
