This is a very beautiful piece. It doesn't really sound terribly sad to me, though.

(I have this theory that music in minor keys is either hauntingly beautiful or sad, depending on the listener's mood. And since I'm happy at the moment...)

Hmm. My preference would have been to make the short, quick 4 string bursts about a third way in, slow down more, or at all, like a falling off... but its your song.

The starting of this song with just the piano was very beautiful, you did an excellent job. All of the fills put in were very good. The whole thing portrayed your attitude when it was written; it's fairly easy for me to understand what you were going through, though not entirely.

I also agree with Zatumushgir on the feel of the music.

I am hoping that your following songs are just as good, if not even better.

Such a sad atmosphere, but very, very well composed. I really like this - I do. I tend to be more attracted sad themes and whatnot - despite my chipper attitude. Heh. Very good! ^_^

if you've ever heard of Legend of Dragoon this song sounds like it almost came off of it man thats awesome song and im very impressed

one thing i really like in this is how it's like a cross between a celtic and an east-asian style, which I think is an awesome combo. The piano composition here totally blows me away. it's impressive.
