New slightly modified art of Tyrus Banques, aka Asylum aka X-13

Asylum is just your typical insane character...to say the elevator doesn't reach the top floor is an understatement,,, better to say it rarely leaves ground floor. I tried to make his top more like a straightjacket, including now straps that hang off the sleeves, where they were padlocked to the rings on the body part of the outfit.
