This is Syzygy's little sister Morningstar. Shi wasn't born with wings, but shi contracted a mutation virus after a transport vehicle bringing lab samples to a local research facility was involved in an accident near hir high school. So shi was in the hospital for a good month recovering from that and then years afterwords learning to get around in hir new body.

Morningstar also suffered brain damage from the high fevers. Shi has trouble doing a lot of jobs because shi can't work out sequences of tasks very well.

But one thing shi can do is be a courier! Shi's your "urgent rush" chakitty to see if you needed something there yesterday. :)
