:3 I might be going to AnthroCon 2013 (might), but I'm pretty sure Bernard the otter will be making an appearance at NekoCon 2013 and he might be wearing his sailor outfit

That's awesome.
I'm going to try to make it to AC this year as well, but with NekoCon being in early November, it's doubtful I'll make that, as it's right between Mephit Furmeet and Midwest Furfest; both of which I hope to get to again this year.
