So it's been a long time since I've introduced a new character. As such, here is Rahja. I'm still working out the design, as I feel it looks too much like Adonia, but oh well. I hope you all enjoy this current draft regardless and I will try to introduce her plot sometime in the future.

Yep, I was going for the same look.
Back when I designed Alludra so that she would not just be a simply red and yellow dragon, I wanted that stylized artistic tattoo look for her, but I realized I had no characters such things would work for on my end so I thought I would try to incorporate such things into this new character.
