Finally knocked out another one. Can't think of much to say about this one, other than it took a long time to finish, but that could partly be due to trying to work on it over the holidays when I had other stuff to do.

I THINK I may have gotten that idea from Magneto in X-Men #1 (the one with the Jim Lee art where it first split off from Uncanny X-Men--it's sad that I have to specify which X-Men #1 I mean XD). He was on Asteroid M with the Acolytes, and while they were all wearing metal armor and breathing apparatuses, he was just running around in white tights and a white robe, looking all comfy =P Anyway, I think it might have had those ribbon things tied around the upper-arms.
The only other person I can think of who has that is the Ultimate Warrior ... and I don't think he was the inspiration XD
