I needed to see all five of those quick doodles. They got me to smile and chuckle some. You have no idea how much I need to do both of those lately.

Yeah that about sums up why I wanted to draw them too. That and my art mojo was at an all-time high that day (the two col,lored pics were all done on the same day)

That's really the right way to celebrate. Actually, I'd say that's true for most holidays, even those that aren't ordinarily considered gift-giving occasions.
