Once upon a time, the moon and stars shared a strong bond with eachother,
illuminating the night.
Every morning when all the stars had left the sky, the moon had stayed just awhile longer so it could see the sun, for the two were like father and son.
The rays of light from the sun gave the moon the light it needed to survive the night, and its glow in the sky was beautiful.
The stars wanted to be beautiful as well, so they then began to come together with one another to make great things, but they never could glow as brightly as the moon.
"Meet the sun with me!" the moon said to them.
The stars refused and eventually they began to disclude the moon as one among them.
When the moon tried to join them again, it began to grow craters, which blemished it.
The sun then shone even brighter for the moon.
"The rays of light shall be your friends" and sure enough,
the moon was happier than ever before.
The moon however, could never feel whole again, knowing
the stars would never meet the sun, and be as happy as he was.
