Swilling a fine malt whiskey around in a delicate glass, Sinni overlooked the crowd from her elevated pedestal. The mass of furs shifted as one, waving like a tree canopy in a stead breeze, flowing like the seas. She could see hundreds of eyes staring up at her from the gloom and taste their sweat on the tip of her tongue. She took in a deep breath, sampling the atmosphere. The people were hungry. They wanted to dance, they wanted to grind against one another and lose themselves in the music.

Sinni approached her decks and with a few presses of buttons and a couple tweaks of knobs she sent a low rumble through the clubs booming sound system. The crowd roared in appreciation, throwing their hands into the air and screaming their lungs hoarse.

With confidence the feline DJ nimbly leap atop her deck table. Beneath her a huge effigy of her trademark Sinnicism symbol, a spitting image of the talisman she wore around her neck, floated just above the ground. It's mean eyes glowing with menace and anticipation of the light show to come. She threw her arms out by her sides in a challenge and bellowed into the seething mass.

"I can't fucking hear you!" she screamed.

With the back of her foot paw she kicked out at the deck behind her. The club filled with another bass rumble so deep she felt it rise through her entire body. The crowd respond too whipping themselves up into a frenzy and chanting her name until it drowned out all else. Sinni could stop a devious grin from spreading across her face. Closing her eyes and letting her head roll back she basked in their worship and felt like a goddess.

"That's more like it" she said to herself as she finally knocked back her whiskey. Drink downed she threw the empty glass as hard as she could at the floor below. The crowd roared as it smashed into a thousand pieces.

Hopping down from her decks she set to work. Mouth wide open in a maddened grin, her canines bared she swore she was going to give every last one of them a night to remember.

"Happy fucking new year!" she screamed as the bass dropped.
