I didn't realize it was a pict of a pict.

I was also asking though, what flavor of hamburger it was.. It looks to have either red tortilla strips or some sort of sliced meat on the top, then Jalapeno peppers, Pepper jack cheese... with what looks to be diced up sundried tomatoes and green onions in it, all on top of two wonderfully large patties of 100% fresh ground angus beef.
