Well, I decided that I should do an "end of the year review," if you will, before the end of the year. So here is how much I've improved over the last year, posted on the very last day of the year!! XD
And yes, I know the year doesn't start in May, but I didn't start drawing until then, so that's when my "drawing year" began. xD I'll definitely have a full year in 2013 though.
I am proud of how much I have progressed in eight months, but I'm nowhere close to where I want to be as an artist. But that just means that I need to practice more, that's all. ^^

I personally think sai is confusing, cluttered, and lacking, compared to photoshop.
I think ps is much easier to use, more customizable, and has more neat tools/tricks.
Again, personal opinion! I know a lot of amazing artists that prefer corel, gimp, or sai.
