and god forbid you forget to take them, or you wake up later than normal, or some nonsense like that which guarantees you will feel even shitterrerer till they're back in your system.
keep it up, though. either you'll get past the worst of it and notice the difference, or you'll learn they're not for you and maybe get something that will work better. either way, it's progress towards feeling better.

Thanks, and thanks for the support. :)
So far I feel like I'm getting better, like my mood has definitely improved but the only problem I have is the insomnia and the nausea/headaches.
Some days I feel very chipper or other days I don't know if it's working.
It's only a week and a half so there's no telling it might get better in another week or so.

even with antidepressants, you can still have bad days - just a sign that things are a little more normal. as far as nausea goes, there are anti-nausea drugs out there (not that i would advocate illegal activity, but a little weed can sometimes help for quelling nausea) though throwing more medication at the problem tends to just make you end up like myself, with drugs layered upon drugs and a confusing web of side effects. still, a week and a half with some improvement is definitely positive.
With why I got depressed in the first place, weed is pretty hard for me to obtain. Lol
Yeah, and that's definitely great to hear. x3
The therapy helps too-- I meet with my therapist like once every two weeks to check up on handling moods or how to deal with emotions. Though sometimes it's like a battle of different states of mind; I'm glad I'm seeing an improvement with how I handle things rather than how I did before.
Overall, I'm pretty glad that I'm striving to get better. It's great that the past days I sat down and drew I actually enjoyed it rather than being like, "oh geeze, I'm doing something I'm not great at why even bother."
Then I feel like I'm slowly going back to the way I used to when having ideas to make up more art, etc. even if they're sketches, they're definitely a start.
