Alice is using Psychic to levitate herself, as her wings are too small to actually fly with. She's readying Signal Beam, to counter June. June's actual attack is Night Slash, but her ice slide is one of her own moves. Naga actually has the same method, with his Blaze Kick. (running start, flames trailing behind him) June likely picked up on it, thinking, "Why can't I do that, with ice?" and thus, she created "Ice Slide".
