Didn't you sell him as an adoptable though? I've seen alot of artist say that people can customize their adoptables, some artists even make the changes before giving them tot he owner. I think I saw one of your adoptable auctions too and I never saw you say people couldn't edit them a bit, I've seen a few other luthian like creatures here on FA and they're all different looking.

i note the people saying i only allow MINOR changes
all the owners of my adopts are noted with that detail if its not explained on my rules

Comparing this one to the original one you sent the only thing I see is the feet have been changed to have toes, the rest all look similar just more detailed.

I dunno, Personally I think it's still a great piece of art regardless of any nit-picking. I won't say anything else on this matter though, to each their own I guess...

First off, all he did was make a few changes tot he creature, something anyone is allowed to do honestly. if he wasn't suppose to he should of been told but as I told Shadowmeere alot of artists don't mind it as long as they get the proper money and the character goes to a good home. Secondly, even if you were just trying to help shadowmeere and being a good friend, you really don't need to be rather rude about it, or at least that's how I'm taking your post. if you didn't mean it rude then forgive me but your comment does sound a bit harsh :/

Well, yeah it was a little harsh, but it really upset Rhu, and I just don't like seeing her upset. I can understand some changes, everyone has their own style . . . but if there are a set of traits that this race just has (the second set of ears, the spines, the lack of toes) And you change it to far, then it changes the race, as an example, would it still be an elf with out the pointed ears? Sorry for the harshness again, I just sound that way when I type stuff like this. Not saying this pic isn't great, cause it is (well other than the whole "pin the tail on the furry" tail >.>) And i love the coloring, it just doesn't look like the same race is all I'm getting at.

Fuck it, fine, she can have the damn name back if she's going to go crying about it so damn hard. I showed her the pic in the first place because I was proud of the job me and my mate did on it. I loved her original but wanted it to fit my personality a bit more, she didn't have to have a freakin' conniption fit over it though. So yeah she can have the name back if it makes her feel better and stop attacking me in her journals, which again is just unprofessional at the very least. I'll be sure never to commission or buy anything from her ever again to further prevent messes such as these though I'm sure other ppl will have the same issues with her one time or another in the future.

OKAY... so to everyone that sees this, this was a pic that I got from an auction. Tell me, when you BUY a character from an auction aren't you able to make certain changes to fit YOU better? that's pretty much what I did here but now others *looks above* are having issues with my chosen changes and are saying that I either shouldn't have made the changes or shouldn't have kept the species name. I would love to hear other ppl's opinions on this matter.

Next time she should WARN people a couple of times to keep on reminding them her rules.
