I use GarageBand, which has very simple instructions, so I only have a basic idea of what is going on here.

Ah, well, it's not as complicated as it looks; it's mainly patterns with effects on them.

Like garageband. But garageband displays the patterns' notes in a sheet music kind of arrangement, and shows the effects to the side.

Ah, I've seen fl arranged in a soundwave format, on the bottom, not sure how they do that but I prefer the layout as it is. XD

I suppose it is, though doesn't seem so to me; I do have a sinished song that's done in the silent hill style that is super simple. It's a mere 5 patterns; it'll be up tomorrow.
