Well, Rebecca and her boyfriend, Fen, decides to test out her growth as much as possible. Sadly, the supply of sweets, which cause her growth, quickly fell short as she drew past the 5-mi range, so her now current size is as far as she'd grown; though she can't tell if she's still growing more or not; nor if she had reached her "maximum size".
For scientists everywhere who want her larger, start developing spaceships and buy lots more sweets to induce more growth, you know you want to.
