For the style that this is in, this is really adorable!
I actually like it just the way it is, but if you'd like to try something new, try adding some spikey bits as cheek fur, some paw pads and some furry bits inside the ears. :3

But the n.n face suits the picture!
Also, if you want to learn how to draw cartoony/anime eyes my advice is to research them online and try to recreate them in your own style :)
