Well its Christmas Eve and I've made a tradition of making these for those close at this time of year.This year i only had to make two servings. So...
1oz Skyy (100 if you have it >:3)
.5oz Cointreau
.5oz Cruzan Light Rum
Grenadine
Club Soda
In a champagne flute, place three ice cubes. In shaker, shake liquors and grenadine until chilled. Strain into champagne flute until half full. Top flute with Club Soda. Add small splash of grenadine to settle at the bottom. Serve while cold.
Typically, this drink is made in an 'on the rocks' glass, but it looks better this way. If you are making it in a different glass, you'll likely need to double this recipe.
