I used to build plastic injection molds for a living. Mostly I was a precision grinder. Every once in a while someone would blow up one of the grinding wheels. It was literally an explosion and often pieces of the wheel would fly all over the shop, DESPITE the safety guards. I know dat feel...I know dat feel. -_- Hope you didn't get chewed out too bad for that. The way I see it, if you don't mess up occasionally you aren't doing anything! lol

I play with a cnc :D once a cutter removed itself violently and flew past someones head and imbedded itself in the wall :O

I have no idea what that is, but I'm guessing it's some kind of cutting blade... Given the shape it's in, it's a good thing you caught it when you did!
